We’ve all seen contracts where the list of amendments is greater than the original contract – as construction lawyers, there’s little we like doing more than butchering a standard form!
But what do the amendments all mean? Should you be concerned about every amendment – and if you don’t have time to be, what are the key issues to look out for?
