Spring Promotions

We’re delighted to announce five well-deserved promotions as part of our annual Spring promotions.

Liam Hendry is now a Legal Director. Liam joined us two years ago as an Associate, was promoted last year to Senior Associate, and now rises up the ranks again. That rapid assent is a sign of his all round ability, be it advising on disputes, flying the Archor flag at networking events, or generally being a key part of the Colchester office.

Jessica Garrod and Lucy Day become Senior Associates. Jess trained with the firm and has quickly shown an ability to advise on and manage large scale disputes, and is carving out a reputation as a formidable opponent. Lucy finished her training contract with Archor in 2023 and juggles both contentious and non-contentious work, as well as developing an active profile on the local networking scene.

Meanwhile, both Abby Blake and Amy Martyn formally start their training contracts today. Abby and Amy have been with the firm as paralegals, and have proven themselves adept at handling contentious and non-contentious matters, and generally whatever gets thrown at them. We’re sure they’ll handle their training and exams with similar aplomb.
