Please join us in giving a huge congratulations to our two newest solicitors, Megan Green and Amelia Formoy.
Megan was the first fee earner to join Archor way back in 2021 when she joined in a year’s in-work placement as part of her law degree, and we were delighted to welcome her back when she finished her course top of the class. Amelia joined as a paralegal in 2023 before quickly moving on to start the difficult task of balancing a busy workload with studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination, the now-standard route for qualification.
Both Megan and Amelia have become integral parts of both the contentious and non-contentious teams, and just as importantly firm life. We’re so delighted that they have achieved this milestone in their careers – the fifth and sixth trainee qualifications we’ve had at Archor – and look forward to them both going from strength to strength.
On their qualification, Senior Partner Andrew Rush commented: “It is the best part of my job to see young talented lawyers qualify as solicitors. Both Megan and Amelia have all the attributes we love to see at Archor – hard-working, intelligent, and most importantly really nice people“.
Archor has a proven track record of training and developing, helping paralegals become trainees and trainees become qualified solicitors – and beyond. If you’re starting your career, you can find out more about the Archor approach and support we offer (including funding the SQE and offering paid time off to study) here.
