Training With Archor

We have a proven track record of training and developing, helping paralegals become trainees and trainees become qualified solicitors – and beyond.

We don’t generally take on trainees because we think it’s fairer to you and us that we get to know you first. If you like us and the feeling’s mutual, we will quickly move you to being a Trainee Solicitor and helping you through the SQE if needed (including funding and paid study leave).

We are now looking for applications for Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors to join us for a September 2027 start (although we may consider different start times). These roles are suited to individuals that have completed a degree and wish to pursue a career in construction law with Archor. Prior completion of the LPC or SQE is desirable for both roles, but not essential.
