Megan Green

I have been at Archor since it started in June 2021, when I started working at the firm as a Paralegal during my placement year after completing my second year at university. I then graduated top of my year with a first-class law degree from the University of Essex in July 2023 and commenced my Training Contract in January 2024, before qualifying as a solicitor in November 2025. I am extremely excited to continue my career at Archor and become more involved with both contentious and non-contentious matters.

My role is varied but principally involves supporting partners and other colleagues wherever needed. I have experience of disputes work including adjudications (including enforcement), mediation and court-based litigation. I also assist on non-contentious work, including contract reviews, drafting documents and managing the collection of signed documents for use on projects. As I become more experienced, I am also starting to run court claims, adjudications and manage development projects myself under supervision from the Partners.

Being local to the area I work from our Colchester office – if you pop in unexpectedly, you may find me in my Crocs! Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy going out for dinner (I am known in the team for my love for food), spending time with family and friends, as well as an occasional spa visit (something on which I am far from unique at Archor)! I also love going to the gym and I am a member of the Archor Run Club.
