Lucy Day

I am a solicitor with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Here at Archor I support the firm’s clients and other fee earners with a multitude of dispute matters, ranging from high value claims and adjudications, to small claims, smash and grabs (which I am quite partial to!), and enforcement proceedings. I also assist with a variety of non-contentious development matters, including negotiating and drafting a wide range of construction documentation such as appointments, warranties, letters of intent and the like.

I began my legal career as a barrister’s clerk for a commercial set of chambers in London. Following this, I graduated from the University of Essex in 2020 with a first-class Bachelor of Laws and completed the Legal Practice Course with Masters in 2021. I have previous experience in Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution (and Family Law – which is not quite as useful day-to-day at Archor!).
