Lily Calver

I joined Archor in December 2025 after achieving a Bachelor of Laws at the University of East Anglia.

My role in the firm is to support colleagues by assisting with a wide range of tasks. What I do day-to-day can look quite different. Some days I’m at my desk all day, and others I am up on my feet – printing, binding, or going to the post office. In addition, I’m happy to be working on both contentious and non-contentious matters at this early stage in my career.

I never anticipated working in this field, but it suits me well. I like the thought of the projects we work on being used for decades to come.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching TV shows, running, and swimming. I’m also looking forward to exploring Essex, having relocated from Norfolk for this role.
