Lauren Barden-Williams

I am a Paralegal and Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (MCILEX) at Archor, which I joined from a national full service firm in June 2026.

I specialise in non-contentious construction matters. In this role, I support clients across the full lifecycle of their project with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating industry-standard and bespoke forms of construction documents on behalf of employers and all members of the supply chain.

I am currently studying the Professional Stage with CILEX Law School with an end goal to qualify as a CILEX Lawyer.

In my spare time (if my toddler allows!), you will find me with my nose in a book or attempting to lift weights at the gym.
