Alicia Hilton

I am an Associate Solicitor at Archor. After qualifying in April 2025, I joined the firm in June 2026.

My experience includes both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. On the contentious side, I have assisted on court-based litigation, true value and smash and grab adjudications, as well as managing adjudication enforcement proceedings. My non-contentious experience includes delivering client training sessions and webinars, and reviewing and advising on construction contracts.

Before making the move to law, I spent five years in the construction industry working for a range of specialist subcontractors. During this time, I was predominantly based on site where I initially worked in project support roles including as a project administrator and document controller. I later went on to work as an assistant quantity surveyor. I like to think my time in the industry has given me invaluable experience which transfers over to the work I do for our clients.

In my spare time, you will usually find me at CrossFit. Although every time I think I am making progress, I am humbled by a workout! I am currently trying to get my first strict pull up, which I hope will happen soon. When I am not training, you will find me eating and watching reality TV (terrible, I know!).
