We are delighted to announce a round of promotions at Archor.
Sarah Lester and Adam Brown are now each Legal Directors – in fact, our first Legal Directors. Sarah has carved out a busy advisory practice since joining us from RG Carter two years ago, working with developers, contractors, sub-contractors and more advising on contract terms and setting up transactions. Adam has worked on some of our biggest disputes using his experience at Stephenson Harwood to great effect, and now regularly leads his own work in adjudication and court disputes.
Hayley Morgan is now a Senior Associate. Hayley was the first qualified solicitor to join Archor, and has impressed the partners and clients alike with her adept handling of development projects, as well as advising on ad hoc contract queries and most recently becoming the Archor go-to for queries arising out of the new Building Safety Act regime.
And last but by no means least, Amelia Formoy starts her training contract and therefore becomes a Trainee Solicitor. Amelia joined us in September last year as a paralegal, and has quickly shown her breadth of knowledge in construction law and ability to work under pressure, as well as being an all round star to have around the office.
Congratulations to each of Sarah, Adam, Hayley and Amelia – we look forward to enjoying the next stages of your flourishing careers at Archor.
If you are looking for a career in construction law, or know someone that is, don’t forget we’re always interested in hearing from talented people. More details are on our recruitment page.
