We’re often asked to carry out contract reviews. We can adapt to what you need, but often we use a traffic light system to identify potential issues with contracts – red for unacceptable, orange for risks, and green for the standard provisions. This bridges the gap between the strict legal position and commercial reality of securing work. Clients that are alive to the real dangers in suggested contracts can avoid the riskiest of jobs – or at least built in the risk to their price.
Standard Form Documentation
Members of the supply chain often need their own suite of documentation to roll out on new projects without the need for our input on every occasion. This is typically where a main contractor needs to settle downstream documentation with their suppliers or a contractor is regularly contracting with clients who do not use industry standard forms of documentation. Whatever the scenario we have a wealth of experience pulling together suites of documents which fit with the business goals and values of our clients.
