The work we do for you will be governed by our Terms of Business. These will have been provided to you at the outset of your matter, or you can request a copy from us.
We hope you won’t have cause to complain about our service, but if you do, we have a Complaints Policy in place. If you aren’t satisfied with the way we handle your complaint, you may be able to ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint. Normally you will need to do this within six months of receiving our final written response. Further information regarding the Legal Ombudsman is available on their website.
