Who do we work for?

Our sector experience is broad. Typical projects involve healthcare, residential, hotel and leisure, infrastructure, and student accommodation. The construction cost of projects our team have advised on varies dramatically from £100k to £200m+.

Bread and butter clients for us are developers. By “developers” we mean that in the broadest sense of the word, encompassing housebuilders, housing associations, landowners, high net worth individuals, institutions or just straight up developers.

What about my other advisers?

We are a boutique specialising in construction law – it is our expertise that we love to tell everyone about. That means that we expect to work alongside your other advisers who deal with your other legal interests, including property and corporate matters.

This is the norm for us and our ability to adapt and work with other professionals means you can benefit from our expertise and a superior level of service across the board without the need to compromise in any area. We build strong relationships quickly and our approach is such that we like to think your existing advisers will appreciate our involvement rather than see us as a threat (we really do only like to do construction).

Should you not have advisers in other areas we are well connected and able to bring together the expertise you require through our partner firms.
